IG622A – Galicia Exporta Empresas 2026
Sociedad Textil Lucus, S.L.U. has been a beneficiary of the grant IG622A – Galicia Exporta Empresas 2026, awarded by the Instituto Galego de Promoción Económica (Igape) and co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Galicia FEDER 2021-2027 program.
The project was aimed at opening the Colombian market, commercial prospecting in Algeria, and consolidating the customer portfolio in Portugal. It included direct trade missions to the three markets, the renewal of GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, and OEKO-TEX certifications required by international clients as a purchasing condition, the registration of the trademark ZIMNE back to earth before the EUIPO, and the development of the company’s digital presence in the destination markets.
The objective is to expand the company’s international client base and open its own commercial channel in Latin America and North Africa. As a result, the company has added new qualified contacts in those markets, maintained the validity of certifications required for access to its European markets, and strengthened its visibility to international buyers.
